Go to Settings -> Check “Enable Cheat Mode” -> New button appears in pause menu.

CoC2 (by Fenoxo) does not have a single, official “level editor” like Skyrim’s Creation Kit. Instead, the term refers to two distinct tools: (for cheating/modifying runs) and Scene/JSON Editors (for creating custom content). This review focuses on the community-driven Twee/JSON editors used for modding, as well as the popular save editors. 1. The Unofficial CoC2 Save Editor (Online/Standalone) Best for: Players who want to tweak stats, items, flags, or bypass grind.

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) – Essential for power users, but with a learning curve.

Since CoC2 is built with Twine (SugarCube 2) and outputs JSON, there is no drag-and-drop editor. Instead, the “editor” is a toolchain: VS Code + Twee 3 Language Tools + CoC2’s own source (if you have it).
