Where To Massage For Clogged Nose Direct

Abstract Nasal congestion, or a "clogged nose," is a common symptom of colds, allergies, and sinusitis. While decongestants and nasal sprays are standard treatments, they can have side effects or lead to dependency. Massage therapy offers a non-invasive, drug-free adjunctive technique to promote sinus drainage and relieve pressure. This paper identifies key anatomical areas—the face, head, and hands—and details specific massage maneuvers that leverage lymphatic drainage and neuroreflexive pathways to alleviate congestion. Introduction The sensation of a clogged nose results from inflammation and swelling of the nasal mucous membranes, often accompanied by excess mucus production. Massage works by mechanically encouraging lymphatic flow away from the sinuses, reducing local inflammation via improved circulation, and stimulating the trigeminal nerve to reduce perceived obstruction.

Are people today such fragile creampuffs that they need “safety” tools and “sensitivity” rules? Pathetic.

Good review, but I do think that if people are familiar with the grit, gore, violence, and moral dilemmas of The Walking Dead then they know what they’re getting into.
    Just my two cents though.
    Keep up the good work!
