The patrol consisted of exactly three people: Rina, a retired mechanic with eyes that could spot a forged piston from fifty paces; Kajal, a teenage coding prodigy who’d rather be anywhere else; and a battered, canary-yellow tuktuk named Chhotu that ran more on prayers and Rina’s welding than gasoline. tuktukpatrol
