Decades later, a declassified file from the Romanian intelligence service revealed that "Topvasz" was a dead-hand trigger —a psychological warfare experiment designed to simulate a ghost network, making enemy analysts waste thousands of hours chasing a phantom.

"Topvasz… topvasz… priyom sedm…" ("Reception seven…")
