When a user types “My laptop is slow,” you can see in the chat sidebar that their C: drive has 200MB left. You don’t need to ask for a screenshot. You simply remote in (via a separate tool) or push a cleanup script via Miradore—all while staying in the chat thread.

You can wipe a lost laptop, push an app, or check OS versions remotely. But if a user in the warehouse can’t access the VPN, or a sales rep forgot their passcode, you are stuck using email, Slack, or walking across the building. That slows down resolution time.
