I navigated back to the main menu. The cursor hovered over the translated options. Versus. Arcade. There was no Debug menu in the original. I didn't put it there.

The Final Debug

That was the moment the game started to bleed. The patch was 99% done. The only untranslated string left was the final boss intro for Climax Heroes OOO , the expansion. It was a single line spoken by the fusion form, BuraKaWani. The raw text was a mess of archaic honorifics.
