Install-WindowsFeature -Name GPMC -IncludeManagementTools GPMC is not installed by default on client OS. It is part of RSAT (Remote Server Administration Tools) .

Add-WindowsCapability -Name Rsat.GroupPolicy.Management.Tools~~~~0.0.1.0 -Online Download RSAT from Microsoft’s official site, run the .msu installer, then enable via Turn Windows features on or off . 4.
