Rom - Galaxy Tab A6 Sm-t280 Custom
I picked up my Galaxy Tab A6 (SM-T280) a few years ago, and it had been serving me well as a casual e-reader, YouTube player, and occasional browser. However, as time went on, I started to notice that it was getting a bit... long in the tooth. The Android version it shipped with was getting outdated, and I wanted to get some of the newer features that I'd grown accustomed to on my phone.
I started searching online for custom ROMs that were compatible with my device. I scoured forums like XDA Developers, Reddit's r/Android, and various other sites, looking for something that would give me the updates and features I was craving.

Next, I enabled Developer Options on my device by going to Settings > About > Build Number and tapping on it seven times. This allowed me to access some advanced settings that I needed to modify.

After installing both files, I rebooted my device into the new ROM. The first boot took a bit longer than usual, but when it finally came up, I was greeted with a fresh, Android 10 interface.
In recovery mode, I selected the option to install from internal storage and chose the LineageOS ROM file. The installation process took a few minutes, and then I repeated the process to install the Google Apps package. The Android version it shipped with was getting
From there, I ran adb reboot bootloader to reboot my device into bootloader mode. Once it was in bootloader mode, I ran fastboot oem unlock to unlock the bootloader. This process wiped all data on my device, so I made sure to back up everything I needed earlier.
