So, how did I end up on this journey to #BralessForever? It all started a few years ago, when I began to feel increasingly uncomfortable in my bras. I was experiencing back pain, skin irritation, and just a general feeling of restriction. I started to wonder - do I really need to wear a bra? I began to experiment with going braless, starting with short periods of time and gradually increasing the duration. And let me tell you - it was liberating. Let's do this
