If Windows 11 is running fine and your drives are detected, you already have the right driver. Don't fix what isn't broken.
The short answer is:
For most typical Windows 11 users, you do need to download a separate AMD storage driver. The one built into Windows 11 (the "in-box" driver from Microsoft) works perfectly fine.
