    Next time you restart your computer, Outlook will launch automatically. Method 2: The Startup Folder Trick (More Control) Want Outlook to open minimized or with specific settings? The classic Startup Folder gives you more flexibility. Step 1: Open the Startup Folder Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box. Type the following and press Enter:
